Do you offer discounts?

We currently offer 10% bulk discounts of 10% at quantity of 10 or more optical pieces (of the same type).

What happens if I break something?

If an optical windows or lens is broken due to manufacturer error we will replace it free of charge at no cost.

Any damage that is not caused by a manufacturer error is not eligible for a free replacement. This includes optics that are mishandled, dropped, scratched, launched into space, etc…

Is Firebird Optics ISO 9001 accredited?

Yes, all of our production facilities are ISO 9001:2008 accredited.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for anything ordered at Firebirdoptics.com. You can order 1 or 100pcs.

Shipping Policy

How fast does my order ship?

All orders that are received are shipped within 1 business day unless the item(s) are not in stock. If an item is not in stock, an e-mail notification will be sent advising of the delivery date.

What methods of shipping are available?

We have several different options. Our standard shipping service is FedEx Ground but we can also send orders by FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Express Saver (3-Day).

We also have the ability to send shipments via UPS or DHL if an account number is provided at the time of the order.

All international orders are sent through FedEx International by default unless another service is requested and an account number provided.

Can I use my collect account for shipping?

It drives us crazy when you log on a website and you choose collect shipping and then they hit you will a fee! Yes you can use your collect account number for shipping at no additional charge.

Are there any fees for drop shipping?

There are absolutely no drop-shipping fees.

What is your order cut-off time for expedited shipping?

Our order cut-off time is 3PM, Eastern Standard Time. Any orders placed after the cut-off will be considered as placed during the following business day. For instance, if Priority Overnight shipping is requested after the shipping cut-off time, it will need to be sent out the next day to arrive the day after.

Does Firebird Optics Offer International Shipping?

Yes we have fast and affordable international shipping rates. 


Return Policy

Does Firebird Optics accept returns?

Our number one goal is to make it as easy as possible for our customers to select and purchase cuvettes.  We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, we're all human after all.  When these instances come us, you can rest assured that we will accept back returns for the following:

  • Items ordered in error

  • Items that did not satisfy our customers needs

  • Unopened items that customers changed their mind about

  • Any manufacturers defect

Please note that we cannot accept used optics back into inventory. Items must be unused to be approved for returns, refunds or swaps.

We do not do any of the following:

  • Pointless restocking fees

  • Make you pay for shipping on our mistakes

Returns on custom made products

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom made products.  These products are custom made to fit your specifications and cannot be sold to any other customer. 

All sales are final on any custom made Firebird products.


Refund Policy

We offer full refunds for the following:

  • Items ordered in error

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturer’s defect

The time limit on this is 30 days after receipt of merchandise.
